Join us for our annual Super Seminar and BBQ featuring Lucas Montalvão — 2024 IBJJF No-Gi World Champion (Ultra-Heavy), 4x Pan Am Champion, 2x European Champion, and current Top 10 competitor in FloGrappling’s +220 lbs division.
This is a rare opportunity to train with one of the best in the world, right here in Southern Maryland. Lucas will be sharing the exact championship-level techniques that have taken him to the top of the sport.
Event Details:
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM – No-Gi training with Lucas Montalvão
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Q&A session + Open Mat Rolling
BBQ Lunch – immediately after the seminar (included for paid participants)

This is not an event for egos, unsafe training habits, dirty gear, or anyone trying to hurt others. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
