The Adult Intermediate / Advanced program at Lineage BJJ® is designed for students who already understand the basics and are ready to train with greater depth, intensity, and responsibility.
This is not about collecting techniques.
It’s about pressure-tested skill, decision-making, and control under realistic conditions.

Lineage BJJ® was founded by a Navy veteran and retired U.S. Secret Service professional with decades of real-world training experience.
This mindset drives the program.
Intermediate / Advanced training is for students who:
- Have a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Can train safely and responsibly with resisting partners
- Want to sharpen timing, transitions, and problem-solving
- Value structure, coaching, and accountability

Who This Program Is For
- 2-stripe white belts and above (or equivalent experience)
- Visiting grapplers with prior training
- Students approved by coaches based on readiness
