Yoga Instructor | Mobility, Recovery & Mindset | Lineage BJJ
Shannon is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) with extensive experience helping students build strength, mobility, and resilience—both on and off the mat. Her classes combine purposeful movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to create a challenging yet supportive experience for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
At Lineage BJJ, Shannon’s approach goes beyond flexibility. She emphasizes improving mobility, enhancing recovery, and developing mental clarity—key elements that directly support Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu performance, overall fitness, and everyday wellness.
Her teaching style emphasizes connection—between breath and movement, mind and body, and the individual and the community. Shannon fosters a welcoming, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to challenge themselves at their own pace.

Off the mat, Shannon’s greatest joy is being a mom to her daughter, who constantly reminds her to stay present, playful, and grateful—values she integrates into every class she teaches.
Class Access & Registration
Shannon’s yoga classes are an add-on program open to the public. Lineage BJJ members enjoy a discounted rate, while non-members are also welcome. Payment options include online registration or cash at the door.
